This marks a strategic milestone for a healthcare infrastructure set to become a key reference point for more than <strong>300,000 residents across the area.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The new hospital facility will be built in the <strong>Municipality of Cambiano<\/strong> and will represent an advanced model of healthcare architecture, designed to combine technological innovation, environmental sustainability, and a people-centered approach.<\/p>\n<p>With an overall healthcare surface area of approximately <strong>80,300 square meters<\/strong>, the new hospital will provide a total of <strong>470 beds<\/strong> and will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>32 intensive care<\/strong> technical beds<\/li>\n<li><strong>10 operating rooms<\/strong>, including 7 standard operating theatres, 2 dedicated to emergencies, and 1 hybrid operating room<\/li>\n<li><strong>7 delivery rooms<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>63 specialist outpatient clinics<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1,200 parking spaces<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The project also stands out for the integration of advanced technologies and artificial intelligence tools supporting the design process, with the aim of optimizing <strong>functional layouts,<\/strong> <strong>clinical pathways<\/strong>, <strong>energy sustainability<\/strong>, and <strong>operational cost management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The hospital has been conceived with a strong focus on the well-being of patients, healthcare professionals, and visitors, through flexible spaces, green areas, and architectural solutions designed to enhance the overall care experience.<\/p>\n<p>The completion of the <strong>Conference of Services<\/strong> and the submission of the project to <strong>INAIL<\/strong> represent an important milestone in the development of one of the most significant healthcare projects in the Piedmont region.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A further step forward toward a hospital designed for the future of healthcare.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_video link=&#8221;https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=e_-s8kn0N3A&amp;t&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]The project for the New Hospital of ASL TO5 has taken a concrete step toward becoming a reality.
