The project involved the refunctionalization and restructuring of the historic prison complex “Le Nuove” in Turin, in order to create the spaces necessary for the installation of the Supervision Court, the Justice of the Peace, the Telephone Interception Unit, and the Judicial Officers.

This activity allowed the centralization of all functions serving the Palace of Justice in a single logistics center, resulting in the optimization of information flows and management costs for each entity.

The project, drafted in compliance with the monumental and environmental constraints to which the complex is subject, had the triple purpose of increasing the surface area dedicated to offices and archives, requalifying the buildings within a broader intervention of territorial urban and building redevelopment, and reorganizing the external spaces by increasing green areas.
