Historical and Artistic Buildings

The projects presented concern buildings and complexes of historical and architectural significance, protected under Legislative Decree 42/2004 – the Cultural Heritage and Landscape Code. The interventions were developed through an integrated approach that brings together conservation, safety and innovation, enhancing the existing heritage through solutions that respect its original identity.

The use of digital methodologies and BIM information modelling enabled the coordinated management of the different disciplines, improving knowledge of the existing structures and the overall quality of the design process. Each intervention reflects a commitment to promoting a conscious and sustainable approach to design, capable of preserving the historical memory of the buildings while adapting them to contemporary functional and technological requirements.
