Tecnicaer Academy supports the training of Tecnicaer collaborators by identifying highly qualified and educational paths, in line with the company’s internal personal growth project.
We aim to implement engineering and architectural projects with high-level training to guide candidates towards professional growth focused on design choices that allow for the creation of beautiful, comfortable, and functional structures. For this reason, we finance high-level Master’s programs and specialization courses, and periodically organize internal training sessions with the aim of sharing design and project management topics.
