MasterTec: When getting involved is fun and educational

On 29 November, we took a break from deadlines and projects to devote ourselves to a special day of light-hearted fun. We donned our aprons and immersed ourselves in a culinary challenge where the real secret ingredient was teamwork.

As in our daily work, every detail is crucial in the kitchen: from the choice of ingredients to attention to detail and the ability to coordinate. A dish, like a project, takes shape thanks to the collaboration of many hands and many minds. And everyone got involved, with enthusiasm and creativity. We had to communicate, divide the tasks and find the right alchemy, because success, in the kitchen as in the office, is never the result of an individual, but the fruit of a team working together with passion and precision.

The day allowed us to experiment, laugh and learn something new. Not only in the kitchen, but also about ourselves and our way of facing challenges, inside and outside the work environment.

A round of applause to all: to those who recognised unusual ingredients and pastas of a thousand shapes, to those who caressed offal of all kinds, to those who demonstrated their skills in preparing perfect mayonnaise or flawless tortellini. And congratulations also to our budding sommeliers, who competed with great spirit and curiosity. In the end, we all won: not only for the results achieved, but above all for the spirit that animated the day.

This experience has taught us that we are a great group, capable of working together in harmony, and that we can approach challenges lightly and with fun to make the journey even more exciting.
