Description

Tecnicaer Engineering S.r.l., active since 2004, is an engineering and architecture company specializing in integrated BIM design for both public and private projects.

The services offered include architectural, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, and structural design, with particular expertise in the hospital, educational, and penitentiary/public building sectors.
Their experience in complex contracts allows them to play an active role in the overall management of the project, from the bidding phase to project management and safety coordination during execution, covering all design phases.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proficiency in modeling with Revit (mandatory);
  • Completion of a recognized BIM course is desirable;
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations;
  • Ability to work in a team with a problem-solving, proactive attitude, and creativity;
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in design firms/companies and/or construction companies in multidisciplinary projects;
  • Proficiency in the Italian language (spoken and written) at least at level C1;
  • Knowledge of public sector design (preferred);

REQUIRED ACTIVITIES

  • Modeling of complex building parts using Revit;
  • Preparation of graphic documents in various design phases (preliminary, final, executive);
  • Development for the integration of BIM solutions and methodologies within the company structure;
  • Extraction of data from models, documents, and objects;

SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

  • Autodesk collection (Autocad, Revit) – advanced knowledge of the software;
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project);

The economic classification will be commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience and actual skills, to be verified during the selection process.
