Description The highly innovative projects and the Public-Private Partnership model adopted require the addition of a figure to fill the role of Business Analyst. The resource will work under the direct supervision of the Chief Executive Officer.
Therefore, it is a professional figure that supports the definition of the economic sustainability of innovative projects, aimed at fully implementing the ecological and digital transition, with the goal of taking strong positions in an increasingly competitive market.
Specifically, they are responsible for:
- Engaging with various Lines of Business to identify needs and requirements
- Identifying gaps and areas for improvement
- Defining data-based objectives
- Proposing solutions
- Drafting economic models and formats
Among their main functions are constant communication with stakeholders and the definition of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to facilitate the monitoring of business performance.
In carrying out their activities, the business analyst uses self-service tools for data extraction, analysis, and visualization, allowing them to create reports and dashboards to monitor the progress of various activities. These are supplemented by business process management tools, useful for tracking project progress and managing automatic updates to procedures, and collaboration software, which facilitate communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
REQUIRED ACTIVITIES
- Engaging with various Lines of Business to analyze the company’s business and the individual project models proposed by the company
- Analytically managing proposals for innovation in models and processes
- Collecting and using data necessary for the definition of business plans (of the company and individual projects) and innovative paths on business models
- Researching and proposing improvement solutions through Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, and Data Visualization tools
- Drafting functional analysis documents
- Defining functional specifications and process diagrams
- Drafting and updating work plans
- Drafting the complete company plan including budget, project requirements, and KPIs to facilitate monitoring of business performance
