REQUIRED SKILLS
- Preliminary, final, and executive design of complex buildings, e.g., hospitals, schools, public buildings, residential complexes;
- Vulnerability analysis and design of consolidation/improvement/upgrading interventions for existing buildings;
- Modeling and structural analysis using finite element analysis programs (linear and nonlinear analysis, static and dynamic);
- CAD-to-BIM modeling;
- Knowledge of regulations in the field of public procurement;
- Structural checks in accordance with current national and European regulations;
- Ability to independently manage, after sharing design guidelines, the design of a complex building;
- Ability to work towards objectives and autonomously plan activities;
- Ability to work in a team with a problem-solving and proactive attitude;
- Creativity and personal research and training activities;
- Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in design firms/companies and/or construction companies;
SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
- Autodesk collection (Autocad, Revit); Experience: minimum 1 year;
- Sap 2000; Experience: minimum 3 years;
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project);
