The project for Building H of the San Giuseppe Hospital in Empoli involves the complete functional reorganization of the building, transforming it into a multipurpose healthcare facility for outpatient services, dialysis, rehabilitation, and specialized care.
The project involves the construction of a new external distribution tower composed of four stretcher lifts and two stairwells, a strategic element for fire safety and accessibility. Inside, the spaces are completely reorganized thanks to the demolition of existing partition walls and the creation of new, more efficient layouts, accompanied by finishing works and a complete overhaul of the electrical, mechanical, and special systems.
The redevelopment also involves the external areas, with the reorganization of the north and south roads, new connections to neighboring buildings, and the upgrade of the technological networks.
All works are designed in compliance with current regulations, particularly fire safety, sanitation, and urban planning, and in line with the healthcare planning of the AUSL Toscana Centro. The project creates a building fully compliant with the modernity, safety, and functionality requirements of a leading hospital in the area.
