Every collaborator feels involved in the project! People are our added value. In this regard, Tecnicaer pays maximum attention to corporate welfare and ensures to everyone tools for personal care and office livability.
The values of an individual are also reflected in sports, where commitment, dedication, and teamwork are fundamental principles for success.
Sustainability
The ecological transition represents Tecnicaer’s corporate vision besides being a necessity. In order to support the projects, a new strategic division has been created to support Tecnigreen, a company where Tecnicaer holds a 50% stake. Tecnigreen focuses on developing highly qualified technologies for EWC design, energy efficiency, and environmental sustainability projects.
Training & Academy
Tecnicaer supports the training of collaborators by identifying highly qualified and formative paths in adherence to the growth trajectory within the company. High-level Master’s degrees and specialization courses are funded. Periodically, internal training sessions are organized with the aim of sharing project design and management themes.
