The new architecture is characterized by a compact volume, aimed at achieving visual continuity and dialogue with the existing Metternich Palace building, sharing an aesthetic coordinated with the colors of the context.
Consistent with the city’s development guidelines, the new volume is defined as a contemporary addition well integrated among the existing structures: occupying the spaces left vacant by the previous building, it redefines – innovatively – the entire block.
The building was conceived by combining the Italian tradition of architectural composition with technological innovation in materials, in terms of eco-sustainability and the highest safety standards, respecting the needs of the local urban fabric and in line with pre-existing urban and environmental guidelines.
